Ustad Faiyaz Khan

Ustad Faiyaz Khan was an Indian classical vocalist and a leading exponent of the Agra Gharana of Hindustani classical music. Renowned for his unmatched vocal prowess, he was honored with the title "Aftaab-e-Mousiqi" (Sun of Music) by the Maharaja of Mysore. Despite his musical brilliance, his personal life was marked by tragedy, as his wife passed away shortly after their marriage. Ustad Faiyaz Khan chose not to remarry and remained childless until his death.
